OK! Next Question - How do you add updated device drivers (*.inf) to the new WINXP SP1 Install disk?

You could try this (http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=110946). At one point you can add drivers, programs and even tweaks to an installation.

Don't know anything about Slip Sreaming, but I've seen episodes of Star Trek where they mention using a "slip stream" to achieve outrageous speeds. I don't know how fast, probably infinite velocity - 1.

You don't on a simple slipstream. You have to do a unattended install and then you can add other drivers. There are options to allow non signed drivers but I have always had more probs with the unsigned ones getting used even with all the proper options set.
There are a couple great websites that have forums that are super in helping automate installs. I have dvd's that install xp with sp1 and tons of hot fix's as well as Office XP , dx9, media player updates etc. The websites have lists of the undocumented install switchs to make them automatic and silent installs etc.. as well as how to add all your registry tweaksd in etc..
